I'm missing the answers from one or more fields when I view the generated PDF, why?
The answer to this is likely that we are missing a field. If you don't find the information that you expected in the document, try following this sequence:
1. Delete and re-add all the Data Object fields that you are seeing an issue with
2. Check all the {placeholders} in your DOCX file to be sure there are no spaces, special characters, or accents
3. Re-upload the document and re-link the #form_fields
4. Test
