To create Data Objects, you will start on the Setup page. Once here, you'll go to the Data Objects> Custom Fields section.

This shows a list of Data Objects and what typologies they apply to. You can even set an icon! And if you don't see the one you're looking for you can also add new ones through the button in the top corner.

Creating a New Data Object
To create a new Data Object, you will choose what Typology it will apply to, define a description, and choose if it will show in the header section. You may choose an icon and add any other information you'd like.

Data Object Customization
Next, you'll add what information you want the Data Object to include and save. You can choose the specific value type and make them mandatory or not, as you can in normal workflows (for more similarities to using Form in a workflow, view this page.) Tip allows you to create specific definitions or instructions if a section is not self-explanatory. Used in shows you what workflows this Data Object is included in.
| NOTE: If you make changes to a Data Object that is already included in a workflow, please delete the Data Object from the workflow and reimport it into the workflow (Define Questions) to reflect the latest version and data. |

Security can also be managed like with any section of Virtus Flow. Shown below, it can be managed by position, team, or individual access.
