Icons on Menu Bar Not Visible?

If icons on the home menu are not showing up according to the need, go to UI Configuration> Config Menu. There you can find the different versions, whether for External User or Administrator, User. In this case, you'll use the one that applies to Administrator, User. Click Configure, then Data Objects. Click on the Key icon (Security Management) and, under Roles, choose the User box. They may not have shown up earlier if previously configured was that Administrators only, not Basic Users, could view.

Can I Remove/Change Icons From the Menu Bar?

Yes, UI Configuration> Config Menu. From the list, you may choose which icons may be viewed by clicking the eye icon (View). This will hide the field if it's not being used or is something you don't want shared.
