Many times when you are making a process, you realize that you need several steps to accomplish your project. That's also easy to do with Virtus Flow!
You'll start with your first step, creating it completely like you learned in this workflow explainer. Once you've finished, create the second step of the process in the same Folder and Macro workflow. Repeat with each step of your process.

Now, you've created all your steps... What's next?
Go down to Next Workflow Steps at the bottom of the first step. Then use the dropdown to connect the steps in the correct order. Do this with each step of your workflow.

| NOTE: If no workflows show in the Next Workflow pulldown, they may not be included in the same Macro Workflow. Check that they are linked if you have issues finding them. |
Next you can add a notification that is deployed at the end of one workflow step to trigger the next one, or assign it to a user. Please use the notification if the person who should continue the workflow is not a Virtus Flow user with a login. This can be immediately or at another scheduled interval. Also, if you don't want To require them to login, even if they are a Virtus Flow user, please check the box, Link without authentication.
