To create your own email template, you will first need to go to Setup, then Setup Statuses, and choose Workflow Status.

From here, choose Tickets. You will then view a bar holding existing email templates and a wrench.

If you click the wrench, you can create a new template. Simply enter the information (something like the picture below) and Save.

You may use the # to view the placeholders already created.
Can I include a link to view the ticket in the email?
Yes! You can do so by typing the placeholder #link . This will allow the recipient of the email to view the ticket that was assigned in Virtus Flow.
