How to create Forms and Workflows with advanced options
If you want to create Forms, Workflows and Questionnaires there are several options designed to support your business requirements.
Firstly, you'll have a Description, a Category, and a Folder. If your workflow has multiple steps, we suggest you call it Step 1, Step 2 etc.

Next, you'll choose Advanced Settings. You'll see the following options and can choose the best ones to fit your needs.

- Macro Workflow- This option is like a folder that holds parts of a Workflow, you can create one or search in the box to connect them.
- Starting Point- Enabled when it's the beginning of a process and will have a green flag next to it.
- Child Workflows- We also call them workflow engines. Here you create a piece of a workflow that you can use in multiple processes.
NOTE: If it's a child workflow, it cannot be in a macro workflow and it cannot be the starting point. - User Editable Result- Allows you to control whether the User can edit information after it has been uploaded.
- To Execute Only Once- the workflow will only run once and cannot be changed after that.
- Show Save and Continue button- Enables the User to run the same workflow multiple, consecutive times. Users can fill out a piece of information, save, and continue later.
The last two options here are there regarding the standard statuses. You can determine who can resume a specific status. Let's say that you want to suspend a specific step of the workflow to resume later. You can choose if only the Author, or the Author and following teams can resume the process.
Finally, you can choose if Workflows in the “To be completed” Status can be resumed only by the Author or by specific others.
