Requirements: To configure External Users (accessing the platform with User Name and Password) a dedicated license is required. Please contact our support team if you have any inquiry regarding pricing and options (subscription@virtusflow.com).
From the Setup Page, find "Ticket Topic".
Choose the Topic that you want to share with external users and click edit (see image below), from the top menu click the KEY icon to access "Security Management" (see figure 2).

If you didn't edit ACL before you will find a single line with ADMIN user as the only Authorized user.
Click the green + button to add a new condition:
Select READ=YES and WRITE=NO, apply to Role: External User and check both boxes Tickets and Sub-Topics. SAVE with the green button.
Repeat the process for all the topics that you want to share with External Users.
