ACL Access Priorities

Within the ACL window, users have the option of using several access types within the same rule.  To avoid conflict between different rules, we now have the ability to create rules with subsequent priorities. You can move the accesses defined in the rule by dragging and dropping. The highest access type, in the event of a conflict, takes priority over the lowest one.
